Employment Based Third Preference (EB-3)   – Skilled workers / professionals

– Unskilled workers
(approximately 10,000 visas awarded)
Employment Based Fourth Preference (EB-4)   – Clergy and religious workers
– 140,000 annual total of 7.1%
(approximately 10,000 visas awarded)
Employment Based Fifth Preference (EB-5)   – Investment Immigration
– 140,000 annual total of 7.1%
