One such client had a Master’s degree in Microbiology, a total of six published papers in South Korea and American professional journals in the United States, and was working as a research fellow in the United States at the time of the application. This individual was approved for the I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker as well as the I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
